This Program trains/teaches teenagers to be mindful or aware of their emotions/thoughts through meditation/mindfulness with exposure of neuroscience. This program mainly focuses on teaching teenagers tools to navigate their daily life with awareness on emotions in a science based way.
By the end of the program, teens learn to self-empower—developing the ability to consciously shape their inner state of being.
